Schultz Posts Over $51,000 On Hand
Columbia – In a revealing set of reports, candidate Kelly Schultz posted over $51,000 cash on hand, including more than $16,000 from this quarter alone. More astonishing was the amount posted by the favorite for the Republican nomination, former State Senator John Cauthorn – $18,343.97.
What these reports are saying, loud and clear, is that the momentum in the 21st House District is squarely in Kelly Schultz’s corner. “It’s an amazing show of support from all over the district. So many people are energized and have given freely of their time and money, it’s really very humbling,” Schultz said after finishing her own finance report.
Kelly’s success with fundraising is a direct result of her hard work talking directly to voters, having already knocked on close to 3,000 doors, and some have not been visited by a candidate in over 20 years.
